A fitness coach with thirty years of classes and a shelf full of videos asked for one thing: an app so easy that a member taps once and the coach is right there teaching, on the days the weather or a doctor's appointment keeps them home. Recorded classes by kind, a membership on the coach's own Stripe, bigger text on demand, and a one hour audio class that plays through ten parts by itself.

Open it on your phone. The free classes play for anyone. The rest are for the coach's members.
Open JoJosEnergy →That was the whole application, sent on a Friday morning. Thirty years in health and wellness, a studio full of members, tons of classes already filmed, and the members who could not make it in when it rained or a doctor's appointment landed on class day. The gameplan call was Monday at 4:30pm, and the app was described plainly: so easy that a member taps one button and the coach is right there.
The offer went out at 5:15pm Monday. Paid Thursday at 10:47am. Saturday at 10:21am the first version was in hand, with fifteen of the coach's own videos already loaded so it was never an empty room, sorted into chair yoga, Pilates, strength, balance, stretching and meditation. No password anywhere: a code, then signed in for a year. A button that makes every word bigger. A studio where the coach pastes a link, names the class, picks the kind and it is live.
By Saturday afternoon a page by page list of changes had arrived, with photos. That is the part of the build that matters most, and it is the part most people never get to.
Seven sections, each with its own shelf. Tap a class, it plays, and one button marks it finished. The newest classes float to the top of the home screen.
Big text, big buttons, a Bigger switch that makes everything larger and stays on. An icon on the home screen. No app store, no download, no password.
A full hour in ten parts that play one into the next, remember where you stopped, and skip fifteen seconds either way with one big button. Earbuds in, phone in a pocket.
The price, the wording and the free classes are the coach's to change. Every member payment goes to the coach's account, never through ours. Comp anyone, free.
Saturday's list became Monday's app: blue and orange lifted from the website header, Om Shanti above the name, the coach's photo on the front page and up in the corner, seven sections named exactly as written. On the Thursday after, the app became JoJosEnergy, one word, the same as the website, the sections were reordered to the list in the text, and Healing Sessions became Mind, Body & Soul Sessions. The membership line reads the way the coach said it: a month of workouts, stop by and work out anytime for only $15. Then the audio class arrived as ten files on a Monday evening and was an hour long class in the app the same night.
