Satellite roof estimates and a CRM

Hathorn Roofing

A roofer in Northeast Louisiana asked for a CRM. What got built first was the thing that fills it: a customer types their address, the site finds the roof from above, outlines it, measures it and hands back a real price range in about a minute. No salesman on the porch. That lead lands in a CRM built for one roofer: Today with speed to lead and who to answer now, a pipeline with squares and price band on every lead, a lead file with the whole conversation and the satellite tool inside it, follow-up texts that run themselves and stop the moment a human replies, one QR code per truck door, yard sign and door hanger with scans, leads and sold counted per code. Built for Jason Hathorn: applied Sunday night, paid Monday night, live Thursday at 12:40. Rebranded black, white and hot pink overnight when the office asked.
